Hey i'm a 20 bi-f with a 28/m we're both in college and work. We're looking for a bi-female to share our 3/2 house with. It was built in 2005 and it's 1300sf. We have a furnished bedroom that we'd really like to rent out. it's 10x14, has a really nice full size pillowtop bed, tv, vanity, and closet. also has private access to a bathroom. would really like to meet someone that we can not only live with, but be friends with and play with. Rent would be $200 and you'd be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities. We have cable and high speed internet.
